I have used Home2Home Moving twice now for a full-service move over the course of 2 years. Nicolae is incredibly polite and worked with me for sudden schedule changes both times (and even managed to get my ideal date). He also gave me a break on pricing for the second move as a returning customer because they had raised their rates in between. That was truly above and beyond because their rates are still highly competitive. All crew members I have worked with have been polite and communicative. My belongings were packed carefully in an organized and highly efficient way. When they got done early the second time, they adjusted the charges down from the original estimate. It is clear that the employees know what they are doing and care to get the job done right. 2 years ago, I obtained 4 estimates for the move. This time, it was nice to already have a team I knew I could trust. We used Home2Home for our move from a 2br in Tacoma to a 2br in Seattle at the end of July. They were really great, I can’t recommend them enough. They came a week or two before moving and gave us a thorough estimate . The day before moving they came over and packed basically everything (we had already packed a few personal items and our cleaning supplies- but they did like 90% of the packing). On moving day they came early, loaded up the truck, and got everything over safely to our new place. As of this week we are all unpacked and there was nothing broken or damaged. They were super nice and professional throughout. We also ultimately came in a little under the original estimate because the moving labor itself took less time than planned. They even took the time to change around their schedule for us last minute when we realized we had logged the wrong moving date! I would definitely use them again!
